Our Girls Program is designed for girls ages 8-18 who want to begin their volleyball journeys,  better themselves for school seasons, or prepare themselves to play in college! 

We have coaches trained and certified to teach all fundamentals and ages. All Head Coaches will be Gold Medal Squared and Art of Coaching certified to ensure they are receiving the best education and skill training prior to stepping into the gym with our athletes.

National

Practices will be held 2-3 times per week. National Teams (13U,15U,17U) will travel for Power Level Tournament play and will play in out-of-state tournaments including AAU Nationals in Orlando, FL. Teams are focused on competition, skill development, and overall team/player improvement. 

• Practices 2-3 times per week
• Up to 6+ hours away for tournaments
• Both out-of-state and in-state tournaments
• Medium-High Competition Level
• Higher Financial Commitment

Pricing: $1,500

Includes: Tournament Fees, Gym Rentals, Equipment Fees, Coaching Fees, Uniform Fees, USAV/AAU Memberships

Does NOT Include: Travel Expenses, Food, Extra Gear (backpacks, shoes, knee pads, spandex, etc.)

Club

Practices will be held 2 times per week. Club teams will travel for Club Level Tournament play and will play in regional tournaments with the option to play in one out-of-state tournament if the team and coach choose to. You will still have the opportunity for the team experience and great coaching due to our Gold Medal Squared coaches. 

• Practices 2 times per week
• Up to 3+ hours away for tournaments
• Local Tournaments
• Low-Medium Competition Level
• Lower Financial Commitment

Little Sparks Developmental League

Practices will be held 2 times per week. Developmental League will not travel for tournament play. You will still have the opportunity for the team experience and great coaching due to our Gold Medal Squared coaches.

• No travel
• No tournaments
• Low Competition Level
• Low Financial Commitment
